This course is essential for managers and owners of a food business or those in charge of any catering unit or school.

  • new legislation on Allergens,
  • the newly published  BHA ‘Good Practice Catering Guide’,
  • and other industry issues such as knowledge on the Food Standards Agency position on what are concerns  in the industry.
