Who are we?

We are Occupation Safety Health Registered Professionals (OSHRC) with the Health and Safety Executive. (HSE) and offer a full-service support whether it is a ‘one off ‘ project or ongoing professional advice.

When Health and Safety goes wrong:

The cost of getting health and safety wrong can incur expensive costs with the Health and Safety Executive now charging Fees for intervention at £163.00 per hour. This is called ‘Fees for intervention’

What we can do for you:

Whilst the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 is the overarching legislation in Health and Safety, there is an associated plethora of Regulations that need to be met in terms of Health and Safety dependent of the ‘main activity’ of your business.

Your Business H&S review:

We will review your business and its work activities in terms of the relevant Health and Safety Regulations.

Our expertise is to assess these 'work activities' in terms of the relevant Regulations and Codes of Practice that impact your business.

We then assess any shortfalls. (This is called a Gap audit)

We will issue you with a full and comprehensive Health and Safety Report reviewing all areas of ‘risk’ within your business in terms of Health and Safety.

Your H&S report:

Your report will be prioritised in terms of ‘risk’ and potential ‘consequential actions’ such as an accident occurring or enforcement action arising should these be applicable.

The objective of involvement is to ensure your business remains fully legally compliant and hold maximum ‘due diligence’ in law so that any legal /civil or statutory action can easily be defended.

(We also offer a full service of HSE liaison)

Management Meeting:

We will discuss our findings with you to find practical solutions, to ensure you remain fully legally compliant. This means we will always look for a solution to any ‘flagged issues’ in a pragmatic manner to satisfy the Enforcement Officer. We always look at ‘cost effective’ measures to achieve the best outcome for you.

How often should you have an audit?

H&S Audits can be planned every 6 months or more dependent on the risk of your business.
