If a delegate is unable to attend after booking a place, we are happy to accept another name or for them to transfer to another course.
By completing and returning a booking form the organisation on the form agrees to pay the fees specified. If a booking is postponed and then cancelled, the date of the course will be deemed to be the original booking date. Places on the course may be transferred at no cost to another person, or another date.
