'Penny has been supporting our business with the Health and Safety Legal support package since July 2020 which includes all necessary Health and Safety Documentation and Policies. Penny is always on hand to listen and help with our challenges and evaluates where we need to prioritise our Health and Safety programmed actions in the most cost effective way.

We have 6 monthly audits, and from these are a clear and easy to read report which identifies any requirements in terms of 'legal compliance' and 'best industry practice'.

We have found the 'telephone advise line and 'email contact' very responsive and we have used this service several times when we required a professional point of view on matters relating to Health and Safety in our factory.

As Penny is an Occupational Safety Health Registered Consultant (OSHRC) with the HSE we know the information we are receiving is from a Health and Safety Specialist with 'bang up to date' knowledge!’

Blue Cloud Training have been delivering training to our customers for the last couple of years. We have found the sessions very interesting and informative, they have been delivered in an easy to understand way and where possible tailored to our customer needs. Trainers make sure that the learners feel relaxed and get the most out of the sessions, they quickly establish relationship with the learners that allows them to ask questions and fully understand the material. This contributes to the high pass rate, which helps our customers to enhance their CVs and increase their chances of finding employment they want.

I studied for a Level 4 Course in Food Safety on a day a week basis with Blue Cloud, I found the course very motivational and despite not undertaking an exam for 25 years Penny made the process fun. Penny’s style was relaxed, and allowed a real freedom of debate in order to fully grasp the key points. I would recommend this provider.

Blue Cloud Training visited Huntingdonshire District Council and trained 9 of our Local Businesses in CIEH Food Safety Level 2 Award. Everyone found the course to be fun, informative and extremely valuable to their understanding and implementation of the Principles of Food Safety.
